Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of your Reiki journey. This deeply personal experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover the beautiful healing energy that is available within and around you.

This level focuses on self-healing, mindfulness, intuition, and learning how to channel Reiki for yourself, your family, friends, and everyday life.

My approach to Reiki is not about fixing what is broken—it is about remembering your wholeness, trusting your own inner wisdom, and creating a deeper connection with yourself.

During this training you will learn:

• The history and principles of Reiki
• Understanding Reiki energy and how it flows
• Self-Reiki healing techniques
• How to give Reiki to others
• Energy awareness and grounding practices
• The Reiki hand positions
• Receiving your Level 1 attunement
• Practical hands-on experience

You will receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate upon completion.
