Nestled amongst the trees in a peaceful garden setting, Serenity Healing at Lakeside Cottage is a private sanctuary dedicated to rest, relaxation and wellbeing.

Specialising in massage, holistic facials and deeply restorative rituals, every experience is thoughtfully created to nurture both skin and soul. Inspired by nature and guided by the healing power of mindful touch, this is a place where the pace of life gently slows and space is created to simply breathe, restore and reconnect.

With over 25 years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, my approach is centred around intuitive touch, nervous system support and personalised bodywork. I believe the body and face hold the stories of our lives — carrying the effects of stress, emotions and everyday demands. When we feel safe, supported and cared for, the body has the ability to soften, release and return towards balance.

Each session at Lakeside Cottage is intuitively tailored to meet your needs on the day. Through slow, intentional techniques and deeply nurturing rituals, I work to ease tension, encourage relaxation, support wellbeing and create a sense of calm, connection and renewal.

  • Pomengranate


    Rich in antioxidants, punicic acid and vitamin E, pomegranate seed oil is prized for its nourishing and rejuvenating properties. It helps to deeply moisturise the skin, supports a smoother, more supple complexion and protects against environmental stressors. Its antioxidant-rich profile makes it an excellent choice for skin that appears tired, dry or lacking radiance.

  • Prickly Pear

    Hydration and Moisture Retention:Prickly pear seed oil is rich in linoleic acid and vitamin E, which reinforce the skin barrier and lock in moisture. This helps prevent dryness, flaking, and tightness without leaving a greasy residue, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and combination skin

  • Calendula

    Calendula is a versatile herb that soothes, heals, and protects the skin while promoting hydration and tissue repair. Widely recognized for its ability to accelerate wound healing and reduce inflammation. Its triterpenoids, flavonoids, and carotenoids help stimulate collagen production. Calendula contains anti-inflammatory compounds that reduce redness, swelling, and irritation. It is particularly beneficial for sensitive or reactive skin, including conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea

  • Seabuckthorn

    Sea buckthorn is a nutrient-rich superberry that supports skin hydration, elasticity, anti-aging, and protection against environmental damage. Rich in Vitamins and Antioxidants Sea buckthorn contains high levels of vitamins A, C, E, and K, which act as antioxidants to protect skin cells from oxidative stress and premature aging. Vitamin C supports collagen production, improving skin firmness and elasticity, while vitamin E neutralizes free radicals and reduces inflammation. Vitamin A helps diminish fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone, and vitamin K can reduce dark spots and brighten the complexion
