Warm coconut oil is slowly applied to the body using long, flowing, rhythmic movements that create a sense of safety, containment, and deep relaxation. This gentle, womb-like massage encourages the body to soften, unwind, and surrender out of the mind and into the body.

You are then lovingly wrapped in a cocoon of body wrap and warmth, allowing the oil to absorb while the body rests in stillness. This cocooning phase supports grounding, comfort, and a feeling of being held — like a sacred pause from the outside world.

While cocooned, a calming head, neck, face, and shoulder massage is offered, easing mental tension, releasing stored stress, and completing the ritual with a sense of total care and nourishment.
